Install WordPress from cPanel

Steps to install WordPress from cPanel Download the WordPress package from here. And unzip the downloaded file to a folder on your local computer. Upload WordPress via File Manager Login to cPanel, and select File Manager under file. Select Web Root and Show Hidden Files, then click Go. Click to open the folder to which you’d like to upload files . Upload from the top toolbar and Browse  the file on your computer that you want to upload. Once the file has been selected, it will automatically upload. Create database and user in cPanel In cPanel, select MySQL Database Wizard icon. For creating database, provide a database name. For creating database users, provide database user name and password. After user creation, Add User to the Database, click the All Privileges checkbox and go for next step. Configure wp-config.php In cPanel, go to File Manager icon. In the pop-up box, select Web Root.  From the left navigation menu in File Manager, click public_html to expand the folder and select  wp-config-sample.php file.
